If you want a positive and empowering birth experience you have to put in the work. Educating yourself on all aspects of pregnancy, the care system and post partum is the foundation of a positive and empowering birthing experience.

Join Jenny and Rosie for this complimentary workshop on preparing your pelvic floor for childbirth.

Hear from Rosie, a pelvic health specialist as she shares tips, techniques and pelvic floor exercises before practicing a short sequence with pregnancy yoga specialist, Jenny which will teach you 5 poses to for helping connect to and relax the pelvic floor ahead of childbirth.

Rosie works everyday with pregnant people helping them prepare for upcoming births and one thing that is evident is the power of preparation. Preparing your body and mind, filling your toolbox with exercises, breathing techniques, labouring positions all contribute to helping prevent trauma in the pelvic floor during birth. Rosie is so passionate and knowledgeable about this subject and it show - Rosies appointments book up months in advance so this is a great way to learn from her very soon!

Jenny creates movement sequences to help pregnancy people prepare their bodies for childbirth. Sequences rooted in yoga and mobility are interlaced with breathwork, mindset work and relaxation.

This class will cover the basics of pelvic floor health and preparing the pelvic floor for birth. It does not replace in person care and treatment and if you are experiencing and pelvic discomfort or pain please seek out professional advice. Book with Rosie here

- knowing how to decrease your likelihood of perinial trauma (tearing) during childbirth

- knowing how, when and how often to do perinial massage
